People ask why I’m so crazy about duck hunting and I think seeing smiles on my client's faces are worth a thousand words! I love taking people new to the sport and letting them get a taste of it. There’s nothing like early morning conversation in the blind, the first sounds of wings whistling in the dark, and the pre legal shooting show the ducks put on when you're in the right spot with the right setup. Duck hunting isn’t just a hobby to me, it’s a passion and it runs deep.

Hello. I’m Bill and I’ve been running these rivers since I was nine years old, which means I’ve seen 50 years of these rivers. My family is from Eminence for quite a few generations, and I’ve never worked too far from home. After 30 years working with the National Park Service in maintenance, I retired and am starting out new as a river fishing guide, boat tour and land tour operator. My guide service & tours are authorized within Ozark National Scenic Riverways to provide interpretive guided boat touring, eco-touring, and fishing trips. We are very proud of this designation, and hope to continue meeting the high expectations this designation brings.

Our guides stay at the lodge with the clients and invite our customers to join in with the scouting efforts. Children are especially encouraged to get involved and ask questions generating excitement and preserving our future hunters.

Blessed with the opportunity to hunt the same fields he started on as a kid. His heart is for God, family, and the bootheel of Missouri.

We offer camping sites for tent rustic camping, a cargo camper (with 2 beds), and a glamper travel trailer ( up to 4 ppl) Nature all around, walking trails, large sites, firepit, shower house, dump station and sewer hook ups. Great area w/ plenty of hunting preserves near by.
