We are a semi-retired, ex-military couple with a country place in the hills of south-central Ohio. Our comfy, clean and cozy shed conversion cabin is a perfect getaway for outdoor activities. We love being able to freely walk outside onto our land to do some recreational target shooting, sit on the porch to enjoy the sounds of nature or take a walk in our woods. We hope to share our getaway with others like hunters that share our love of the outdoors.

Dylan is Head Guide & Owner. He grew up hunting the the bottom lands of Van Texas and traveled to the Sulpher River where they chased green heads in the timber. His father Brian introduced him to duck hunting at the age of 12.

Johnny, owner and proprietor of a Louisiana guide service located beneath the Mississippi Flyway, has been offering premium duck and goose hunts for 35 years, since he was a teenager. The guide service itself has been in operation since 1979. One of the things that makes his operation so special is its location beneath the Mississippi Flyway. Louisiana winters the largest concentration of migrating waterfowl in America. At the Arkansas-Louisiana state line, the flyway narrows to a one-mile bottleneck where seventy percent of all migrating waterfowl will pass. When you stand in the yard and look up. This mile-wide bottleneck is directly overhead our location. “All I do is what I would want a guide to do for me,” said Johnny. “I have listened to my guests for 35 years, learning what they like and don’t like.” With this in mind, Johnny does everything in his power to make each individual hunt memorable.

Roger is a Licensed and Insured Fishing Guide. We have been fishing beaver lake regularly since the 90’s and we are the longest running Crappie Guides on the lake. We love to fish and to be out on the water, it never gets old! It is in our blood! We enjoy teaching what we know to others and sharing any tips and techniques we have learned over the years. On a trip with us you will also learn about fish habitat and the different cycles crappie go through throughout the year.
