Welcome to Family Deer Camp - Southern Illinois Hunting Cabin
Villa Ridge, IL
1-10 Guests • Lodge • Private • Self-Guided/DIY
Description
This is my family’s deer camp and it is perfect for the hunters’ retreat. The Poplar logs that make up the cabin’s sturdy walls were all cut from the property. The construction of this cabin was a labor of love and provided comfort for me and my dad after my mother passed away the day we laid the first log. The cabin kept us busy over the next four months and gave us the chance to help each other through a difficult time. We are excited now to share our bounty with others looking to hunt in the area. We will not be offering hunting on the property but there is public land all around that is great for Southern Illinois hunting.
