Anyone born after 1968 must complete a hunter education course and carry a valid hunter education card to hunt in Arkansas.
Hunters 16 years or older are required to carry a valid Arkansas hunting license, federal waterfowl stamp, State of Arkansas waterfowl stamp, HIP. All license can be purchased online through www.agfc.com
