Description

Waterfowl Hunts

Our hunt area is the first stop on the largest migration corridor in North America. Virtually all the land north of us is forest. The rich agricultural belt that spreads south begins with us. The location is PERFECT for goose and duck hunting as we get the first shots at the flocks flying south so they decoy in great.

Each year the sky fills with migrating waterfowl eager to replenish their energy stores. The sheer number of ducks and geese is truly something to witness. We target Canada Goose in the mornings then ducks, snow geese, sandhill cranes, or grouse in the afternoons. We can also go fishing for Northern pike in the afternoon if you want to take a break from the birds.

Our waterfowl guides have access to hundreds of square miles of the best goose hunting and duck hunting in Saskatchewan. Having grown up alongside the farmers in the area we have a healthy relationship with them and have access to thousands of acres of prime hunting. We treat our farmers and their fields with respect cause without them our company ceases to exist. The most important component of a good waterfowl hunt is SPOTTING, which is why our intensive spotting program is the backbone of our success. We spend many hours spotting each day, drive countless miles every week, and put in many phone calls to ensure that you are hunting the best possible fields.

We are full-time Outfitters and family ran so all the small details in the field and at the lodge are taken care of, so you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday. Contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns or to ask us for a list of past clients for references.

We offer 4-day hunt packages so 4 morning hunts which we target dark geese and 4-afternoon hunts where we will target duck, snows, cranes, or upland game birds.

Everything You Need to Know About Travel Rules in Saskatchewan

Canada has updated their domestic travel rules/guidelines recently due to the ongoing pandemic and the rise of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. Residents of Saskatchewan and the surrounding areas will have to keep an eye on the changes, but even residents across the country should be keeping themselves up-to-date if they’re looking to travel domestically.

Traveling to Saskatchewan

We provide you with the most pleasant and comfortable experience when it comes to hunting excursions and fishing excursions. For those traveling to Saskatchewan to visit and hunt with us, here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Mandatory Masking in Indoor Public Spaces
  • Proof of Vaccination/Negative COVID-19 test

International Travel Guidelines

If you’re coming to visit from another county, please note that it is only allowed with discretionary travel by fully vaccinated travelers who meet entry requirements. Here is some information for entering Canada during this time. For American hunters coming into Saskatchewan, you’ll have to get a negative PCR test or a rapid test before entering the country.

You must take a molecular test within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of your flight to Canada.

If you have a connecting flight:

  • The test must be taken within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of your last direct flight to Canada.
  • Check for scheduling the test in your transit city

For hunters driving over the border, you’ll have to complete pre-entry testing and ArriveCAN requirements.
