How many people do I need to book?

• For a lodging package, you will need a minimum of 4. However, with a minimum of 12, you get your own PRIVATE accommodations.

How many people do we need for a private hunt?

• Likely, with fewer than 6 people, you will be paired with another group. If you have 8+, you will have the option of hunting privately. It is always recommended to do as suggested.

Are we responsible for getting our hunting licenses before arriving?

• Hunting licenses should be purchased after check-in! We hunt Texas and Oklahoma and scout daily. We don’t want you to spend any more money than necessary.

What are check-in and departure times?

• Check-in is after 3 pm the day before your hunt. Departure is no later than 1 pm after your last scheduled hunt.

What airport is best if we’re flying in?

• Most people fly into DFW, but we also have a municipal airport in Wichita Falls. You will NEED a rental car or another form of transportation. We do not offer a shuttle service to and from the airports.

Does lodging include meals?

• No, meals are not provided, but we will provide everything you ever need to prep meals, and we are located 10 miles west of Wichita Falls (pop.110,000) and you can be at any chain restaurant you can think of very quickly.

What does lodging include?

Do I need Waders?

• The short answer is “no”. We seldom need waders to hunt the private land we have access to. However, It never hurts to bring them to keep from limiting us as we scout daily.

Do we need to send a deposit?

• Yes. A 50% deposit will be required to reserve any date on our calendar. This is NON-REFUNDABLE
