"Was able to take my son on his first hunt ever! It was very cold but Shane did an excellent job putting us on rams. Also, a great teacher to my son. Very good with kids so don't hesitate to bring your kids on the hunt. With expectations of only shooting a ram, Shane's friend Todd let my son kill his own white-tail as well. I highly recommend Rams On The Ridge and cannot wait to come back next year!" - Nathan R

Rules & Guidelines

https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/regulations/hunting/index.html

Generally, hunters 16 years of age and older must obtain a valid hunting license. Minimum age and guardian requirements may change depending on the type of license or the game being hunted. See the state guidelines for more information.

If you were born after December 31, 1979, you must have a firearms safety
certificate to purchase a license to hunt with a firearm. A permit to carry a weapon under the Minnesota Personal Protection Act does not
meet requirements for firearms safety. Firearms safety certificates are required for archery hunters ages 12-15.
