We have over 1500 acres that butt right up to The Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge on both sides. We have some of Eastern North Carolina's best Black Bear hunts wit lodging and meals included. The only thing you have to worry about is which bear to harvest.


Bear hunts are semi-guided and you will be taken good care of!!!


Your guide Earl will take good care of you while you're in camp. He's been bear hunting since he was young and knows a great deal about the bear and their movement patterns in this area.. He will do anything and everything legally to get you on a trophy bear!!!

All hunters 16 and older must obtain a valid hunting license. In order to purchase a North Carolina hunting license, you must produce a hunter education certificate or a license issued prior to July 1, 2013.

Any person hunting bear, feral swine, rabbit, squirrel, grouse, pheasant or quail with the use of fire­arms must wear a cap or hat made of hunter orange material or an outer garment of hunter orange visible from all sides. Any­one hunting deer during a deer firearms season, regard­less of weapon, must wear hunter orange visible from all sides.
