Located in Bullock and Pike Counties. (AKA the Blackbelt Region) With multiple farm locations, we have approximately 3 miles of Pea River frontage with nearly 2300 acres of swamps, hardwoods, clear cuts, and food plots. The Blackbelt Region is known for its fertile soil which also aids in antler growth.
The Hunt
Our stands have been strategically placed on a travel corridor, bedding or food source location. Mineral sites, feeders, and cameras are located close to many stand locations. Our stands are Riversedge or GSM Outdoors ladder stands and are between 16 and 19ft. We also offer lock ons, box stands, and ground blinds for those who prefer them.
- Your guide will bring you as close to your hunting location. Most of our hunts are not very physically demanding. Your Guide will pick you up at a designated time and place. Occasionally to accommodate a group we may ask you drive yourself to the stand.
- After the game is down, we will retrieve, clean, quarter and cape your trophy. Caping of game is a additional fee. We will also provide a list of local taxidermist options.

Rules & Guidelines
Many other operations goals are to pump as many clients through their properties to see an increase in their revenue, we simply do not operate that way. We could handle 10-12 people per hunt but we don't. We choose to limit the number of hunters we take and the number of hunts we offer, to allow for a more personable experience and limit the pressure on the wildlife. Our objectives are not to become wealthy.
First and most importantly we are Wildlife managers who enjoy sharing the outdoors with others and seeing the joys it brings them. What to expect from us. All of our hunts are 100% fair chase. These are wild animals, which means there are NO GUARANTEES. We sell hunts, not deer! There are many factors outside our control that can have a positive or negative impact on wildlife and their behaviors such as weather conditions, changing migratory, breeding patterns, forage, clients skills, and many other factors. We are committed to providing you with the best hunting experience that we can.
Not everyone will tag out, but our guides will always be professional, keep a positive attitude, and will provide the knowledge and equipment necessary for a safe and enjoyable trip. We expect you to have a positive attitude, abide by any and all rules, Local, State, and Federal game laws, and conduct yourself in a safe manner at all times. Treat staff and other guests the same way you would any other member of your hunting party.
Hunting Policies
No one will be permitted to leave their stand for any reason other than an emergency. We do not allow hunters to get down and walk around. This only causes unnecessary pressure on the hunting area. This is also to ensure the safety of our hunters and staff. If you are caught out of your stand you will be given a warning first. 2nd offense your hunt will be over and asked to leave.
If you shoot a deer 1- call or text your guide 2- stay in the stand until they arrive and they can retrieve or track your deer. The last thing you want to do is push a deer.
Currently, there is no fee for the wounded or unfound games. Although we will make every effort possible to recover lost or wounded game if determined by Terry that the game will not survive, your hunt will be over and that is considered your tag.
Non-hunting companions are welcome if space is available for an additional fee. Hunters take priority over nonhunters.
All photos and footage are taken by clients during the hunt maybe be used by us unconditionally and without a fee.
Clients are solely responsible for their own gear and personal belongings.
