The base price is per hunter per day. 2-Day minimum to book.
In Beatrice, our deer season generally begins in mid-October for bow and mid-November for rifle and the season ends in early February. In our area, the best time of the season to book is during the rut (late January- early February).
Guided and Non-guided hunts are available and game can be transported from the kill site and field dressed for you. At our facility, we follow all state harvesting laws and we practice quality deer management, therefore, we only allow 6-points or better and only one buck and one doe per booking.

Features three lodging options for your hunting party.
Our onsite lodging is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom dwelling that can accommodate up to 5 total guests. In addition to this, we’ve also constructed a small 1,000 sq. ft. apartment within a 5,000 sq. ft. barn for parties of two or fewer. It features a bunk bed for two total occupants (full and twin size beds) and has a den and kitchenette. For groups of 6 or more, our lodging accommodations will have you staying at the historic Burgess-Sanders-Steele home.
This landmark home has been newly renovated and has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to host several hunters and non-hunters (up to 8 total party members). It is located a short drive from the property.
We have over 2,000+ acres of hunting property which also features a lake that allows for fishing opportunities during downtime or for non-hunting party members.

Which deer season zone are you a part of?
We are a part of Zone B,
Is there a limit on how many deer we are allowed to hunt?
Yes. We allow one buck and one doe per booking. You are also allowed by state law to only take home 3 bucks per season. So, for instance, if you booked multiple trips with us and harvested one buck and ne doe your first trip (our limit), and then one buck and one doe your next trip, and on your third trip you harvested one buck and one doe, you would no longer be allowed to harvest bucks for the remainder of the season, There are no season limits for doe.
What type of deer are we allowed to hunt?
Hunters are allowed to hunt 8 points or better on bucks. We practice quality deer management, which means we allow the younger ones to grow so that they will breed more and grow larger.
When is the best time of the season to hunt deer here?
The best time of season to book for deer hunting is roughly near the end of January through February 10th.
How Large are the deer?
Mature Bucks range from 180-220lbs, Mature does range from 80-120lbs.
What are the Hunting Accommodations like?
We have box blinds, ladder stands, and tripods available for the hunters, but guests are free to bring their own equipment if they prefer.
Is there a service to process the deer meat?
Yes and no. There is a meat processing facility within 10 miles of the retreat. We will assist you in getting the deer to the facility, but guests must pay for the cost of processing as it is a separate and unrelated entity.
Should I bring anything else besides my hunting weapons?
We offer complimentary fishing so bring your poles and tackle, Skeet shooting is available for an additional price and takes place off-site only a few minutes away from the property. There is also another lake next to the skeet shooting location for additional fishing options. All guests are suggested to bring their own shotguns and ammo for skeet shooting, though we can provide one if necessary.

Yes. We will serve breakfast lunch and dinner to all guests during the 3 day/3 night excursion.
