Rules & Guidelines
House Rules
-Licenses & Permits: All hunters must have the required Kansas hunting license, state waterfowl stamp, and federal duck stamp prior to arrival.
-Group Size: Hunts are available for groups of up to 8 hunters. Minimum group requirements apply.
-Safety First: Firearm safety is mandatory at all times. All hunters must follow guide instructions both in the blind and during field setups.
-Check-In/Out: Lodging check-in is the evening before your first scheduled hunt; check-out is after your final hunt.
-Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during hunts. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly after hunting hours.
-Respect Property: Please treat lodging, blinds, decoys, and hunting grounds with care. Damages may result in additional charges.
-Bird Care: Guides will assist with bird retrieval and cleaning. Please communicate in advance if you plan to keep meat or want processing recommendations.
-Weather Policy: Hunts proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by guides. No refunds for weather-related cancellations.
-Pets: Personal dogs are not permitted unless approved by outfitter in advance.
-Payment: All deposits and balances are subject to HuntPay’s booking terms and conditions.
