Rules & Guidelines

House Rules

  1. Licenses & Permits: All hunters must secure the required Kansas hunting licenses and deer permits for Units 11 and 14 prior to arrival.
  2. Group Size: Hunts are designed for groups of 6 - 8 hunters. Minimum group size is required to book.
  3. Safety First: Firearm and archery safety must be observed at all times. All hunters must follow guide instructions in the field.
  4. Hunting Setups: Only designated stands and blinds (hang-on, ladder stands, or ground blinds) may be used. Do not move or alter setups without guide approval.
  5. Check-In/Out: Lodging check-in is the evening before the hunt begins; check-out is after your final day’s hunt.
  6. Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during hunts. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly after hunting hours.
  7. Respect Property: Please treat lodging, blinds, and hunting grounds with care. Any damages may result in additional charges.
  8. Meals & Lodging: Lodging and meals are included. Please notify outfitter of any dietary restrictions prior to arrival.
  9. Game Care: Guides will assist with field dressing and preparation. Hunters are responsible for transporting meat/trophies after the hunt.
  10. Weather Policy: Hunts will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by guides. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.
  11. Pets: No pets or personal dogs are permitted unless approved by the outfitter in advance.
  12. Payment: All payments and deposits are subject to HuntPay’s booking policies and terms.
