Yoga + Hike + Winery

The perfect setting for outdoor yoga in the beautiful rocky hills of the Ozarks. We'll start our day with a 4-mile hike, structured to help unwind and settle into the quiet rhythms of nature. The hike will lead us up through the mountain with caves and rock features throughout. Once we reach the breathtaking platform vista, we'll unroll our mats and move into a hour-long yoga practice structured to guide you into a deeper connection with your inner self and with nature. Lunch will be provided picnic style along the trail. After our refreshing day, we will stop at a local winery for some great wine tasting (tasting on the house!) and amazing views on their deck.
