Waterfowl & Upland Combo
A Southern-Kansas based company specializing in small group hunts and training for the waterfowl retriever. Hunt in the Fall & Winter. Train dogs in the Spring & Summer.
3-days of Kansas' finest waterfowl & upland hunting. Our upland hunts target pheasant, quail and chukar. It will all depend on client's preference and availability of wild and released birds!
Base price is per person and includes your hunt only. Lodging & meals are available for an extra fee.
LODGING & MEALS
Guests who opt for the Lodging add-on will have 3-nights and all meals added to their package. We welcome guests the night before their first hunt to discuss strategy for the next day and ensure hunters are well-rested.
Add-on Lodging & Meals
I'm a retiring Air Force veteran transitioning to my next career. I've founded my own outfitter that specializes in providing waterfowl hunts and retriever training in South Central Kansas. I'm also a very dedicated Ducks Unlimited volunteer that leads 5 Chapters with around 20 fundraisers per year.

Items to Bring:
Waders preferred or rubber knee boots minimum
Ammo: We suggest #2 steel or #4 Bismuth for mixed duck and goose hunting. Between 6 and 10 boxes. We will have ammo available for purchase also if extra is needed.
Clothing: Kansas weather in January could range from 65 and sunny to negative temperatures with 30 mph winds. Prepare for a wide spectrum of weather conditions with plenty of layers, gloves, face masks and insulated socks/boots
Miscellaneous: A blind bag/backpack, headlamp, face mask
Dogs: We ENCOURAGE hunters to bring personal dogs. Remember though, the quality of the hunt for the ENTIRE group is our priority. If we ask that a dog be put up on a hunt, it is not personal but only looking out for the good of the group.
Dogs can stay at the lodge but will need to be crated when not directly supervised.
