Waterfowl hunting in Saskatchewan takes place in the grain belt of the Prairie Pothole Region in the eastern part of the province. Here, Habitat Flats CPL has access to millions of acres that hold an abundance of Ducks, Canada Geese, Snow Geese, and Sandhill Cranes. With liberal limits, this is high volume wingshooting at its finest. When limits of ducks and Canada geese are taken in the morning hunt, hunters have the option to add on hunts for decoying Snow Geese or Sandhill Cranes in the afternoon!

Saskatchewan is an amazing place for a waterfowl hunter. Not only can you experience world class waterfowl hunting, but the wide open spaces and abundance of game will take your breath away. The number one golf course in Saskatchewan is a mile down the road from the Lodge for those that might want to hit the links after a fantastic morning hunt. There is a casino and hockey arena close by as well.

The Saskatchewan lodge, boasting of over 11,000 square feet, sleeps 20 hunters with 2 queen beds and full bathroom per room. Rules & Guidelines

Check in is anytime after 5:00PM the evening prior to your first day of hunting. We will have drinks, appetizers, and dinner awaiting you. Departure is after lunch on the third day of hunting. Lodging, excellent meals, all snacks, beer, and wine are provided. If you wish to bring hard liquor you are more than welcome to. Please keep in mind our AM departures are early.

If you are flying commercial, Regina International Airport is the closest major commercial airport. You can fly in there, rent a car and drive the hour and fifty minutes to the Lodge. Another commercial option is Saskatoon International Airport; it is roughly three and a half hours to the Lodge. If flying private, you can fly right into Yorkton Municipal Airport ten minutes from the Lodge. You will need to contact Northern Auto Leasing in Yorkton to arrange for a rental vehicle to be there for you, (306)782-2438.

Your licenses will all be ready for you when you get there. All you have to do is sign them upon arrival!

You will need to bring your normal hunting clothes. We are typically hunting dry fields but it can be muddy. We recommend wearing knee high rubber boots and bringing rain gear along just in case. Please be sure to check the weather prior to your trip so you will have a better idea of what apparel and footwear items you might need. Guns and shells will be provided for you.
