Through our farm land and other resources, we provide our hunters an exceptional waterfowl hunting experience. Not only will we do our best to provide an unforgettable hunt, but our lodging will also allow our guests to relax and enjoy the time away from the field.

Our farm is located in the Mississippi Delta and managed year-round for prime waterfowl habitat. Hunters can take advantage of the numerous cypress brakes, flooded timber and field edges on our property. You can customize your hunt by adding lodging, meals, and even afternoon experiences like fishing access or a deer hunt.


Our operation is focused on a smaller groups, forming tight-knit relationships with our hunters and providing the best experience we can so that you leave feeling like family.

Base Price is per person per day for hunt only. Add on lodging and meals or an afternoon deer hunt for additional fee.


Afternoon deer hunt add-on DOESN'T include trophy fee. If a buck is harvested, an additional trophy fee of $500 will collected on-site.

Rules & Guidelines

All hunters 16 and older must obtain a hunting license to hunt in Mississippi. All persons born on or after January 1, 1972, must satisfactorily complete a hunter education course approved by the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks before purchasing a license.

Legal shooting hours are generally one-half hour before sunrise to one-half hour after sunset.


Bag limits and species-specific regulations may apply. Be sure to check the MWFP website before booking or attempting to hunt in the state.
