Teal & Dove Combo Hunt

1-6 Guests • No Lodging • Private • Guided

Description

This particular hunt we will be targeting AM teal ducks and PM dove!

About Our Set Up:

We're based in Montague county in North Texas, but we also hunt neighboring Jack and Clay counties.

Our hunts start at legal shooting time and are usually wrapped-up by 9:00 or so but we'll hunt till 10:00 if we haven't reached our limit.

We hunt only private lakes, most of which are on farms and hold lots and lots of ducks and geese. We hunt over 60 lakes, starting in the Bowie/Bellevue area and headed north to the Red River. We take care of the decoys, the dogs, and the blinds!

Come out and have a memorable hunt with us.

Rules & Guidelines

What You Need

You'll need to bring your own shotgun, plenty of steel shot shells (we recommend 3" #4s or #2s), full camo with face mask, snacks & drinks.

A flashlight and/or headlamp always comes in handy. Some places we hunt do require waders so be sure and ask when booking your hunt.

For our dove hunt you'll want mojo's and dove decoys, snacks & drinks, and cooler & ziploc bags for your birds.

Do not forget your valid Texas hunting license with federal duck stamp & migratory bird stamp.

https://tpwd.texas.gov/regulations/outdoor-annual/hunting/general-regulations/

In Texas, anyone of any age is required to purchase a valid hunting license in order to hunt any animal, bird, frog, or turtle. Exceptions to this rule apply in special circumstances. Hunters must also successfully complete a Hunter Education Course to obtain a license.

Additional information on bag limits, game-specific requirements, and other regulations can be found on the Texas Parks & Wildlife website.
