The turkey hunter is a very particular sportsman. He is pursuing one of the most difficult birds in our woods, and many chase some difficult self-imposed goals. To achieve a Grand Slam, a hunter must harvest and register the four most common subspecies of wild turkey, the Eastern, Rio Grande, Merriam's, and Osceola (Florida). Many experts consider the Osceola as the toughest and most challenging of the four. Add to that that Turkey Season in Florida is five weeks of the year.

If you choose full-service lodging, you will have housekeeping and delicious international dishes prepared by our staff and or a hired Chef from the Gainesville area.

Spanish Paella, Mediterranean Safron-based Pheasant rice, Wagnu Hamburgers, Caribbean-style roasted Piglets, Filet and Lobsters( Surf and Turf) and so many delicacies are part of our menu.

Base price is per hunter for 3-Day/2-Night hunt with lodging. Add on full-service package with meals for an additional fee per hunter.
