Primitive Skills Workshop Weekend

Description
This “off-grid” weekend will consist of learning hands-on skills passed down from our forefathers including identification of native plants, feathers, hides, & bones, also building friction fires, cast iron cooking, basic cordage, and how to make a primitive shelter. You and your family will stay in an authentic Tipi stocked with cots and sleeping bags as well as other basics.
Take some time to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with nature. This weekend will give you and your family the opportunity to really get away from it all. You will have run of the whole camp during your stay, so no pesky neighbors. Spend the day learning new skills and the nights cozied up by the fire under a sea of stars.
Everything depends on the weather but there is plenty to do rain or shine. The class will include lunch cooked over the fire and the weekend will also include 2 Breakfasts and a Saturday Night Campfire Meal!
