Description
Recreational sport fishing of porgies in Montauk is a great choice for easy angling. Porgies, also known as sea breams, are found very close to the docks at the West Lake Fishing Marina and can be found in rocky terrain from early summer to fall. Because porgies are usually found with sea bass, a charter with us will allow for an easy catch of both species, which are plentiful during summer months around Montauk and in the Long Island Sound.
We take charter fishing trips off the waters of Montauk for porgies and sea bass from May to December.
Charter rates include up to 6 people, but we can accommodate up to 16 people. Extra fee applies, per person.
