We have been guiding horseback vacation pack trips here for 32 years, let us show you the rugged and spectacular country that Aldo Leopold so loved.

We customize our 2 to 7 - day pack trips into different scenic areas of the Gila Wilderness to suit your desires and riding abilities. Bring the family along and let them enjoy the peace and solitude of the backcountry. It's a great way to connect and experience nature.

Depending on the length of the trip we only move camp every other day doing day rides enjoying some side trips up rugged canyon trails, viewing Native American ruins, dipping in hot springs, or just relaxing on the off days.

We have designed these trips to give our guests a true wilderness experience through the country Geronimo roamed and was born in, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid rode and hid out in.

AMENITIES

We provide a string of seasoned mules to pack our gear and yours on. We saddle up our clients on good gentle mountain horses and travel back into the wilderness to our different campsites.

Our campsites include big dome tents, a fully stocked camp kitchen, camp chairs, camp tables, lighting, and a camp water station.
