Description

Seward is world-renowned as the Alaska Silver salmon capitol of the world!

Seward is known far & wide as the Alaska Silver Salmon Fishing Capitol of the World and plays host to Alaska's largest silver salmon derby each August. In late June huge schools of Silver Salmon (Coho) begin to make their migratory return to the waters of Resurrection Bay. From late June through mid-September these huge Alaska Salmon schools converge on this region, fattening up on schools of bait fish before continuing their journey upstream to spawn. It is commonplace for our guides to chum up huge schools of salmon that "boil" the water right at the boat. We offer the finest Alaska Salmon Fishing Charters!

With a limit of Six Silver Salmon per person (subject to change), per day, this fish provides Fast & Furious light tackle action for anglers of all skill levels. Our staff are experienced Seward Salmon Fishing Charter Professionals that will get you hooked up with feisty Silver Salmon in no time.

Long considered the ultimate prize for Alaskan Anglers, the Alaska King Salmon (Chinook) also prowls the waters off of Seward. Alaska King Salmon Fishing Charters are always a top choice for most people who visit our Seward fishing lodge. King Salmon are most prevalent in this region from April through June but are regularly taken during Silver Salmon Fishing Trips.
