Rules & Guidelines

All anglers (resident and nonresident) 16 years of age and older must obtain a valid Kansas fishing license. All licenses expire 365 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of multi-year, daily, lifetime, or one-time fishing licenses.

Additional permits for species such as trout, paddlefish, and bass are required if targeting these fish.
