Fall Salmon is an exciting season. From draining floats on reel peeling kings that can reach up to 40lbs to twitching up Coho after Soho that get up to 20lbs!
Fall fishing starts in September with Chinook and then ends at the end of November with Coho.
This is the BEST fishery to come with me and have some fun while accomplishing the goal of FILLING YOUR FREEZER.
The bag limit is 6 salmon a day, 3 jacks & 3 adults a day, 1 of which can be an adult Chinook.
September starts with Chinook fishing, this is a great time to go chase after chrome bright kings just coming from the salt. These fish fight hard & are an amazing table fair.
Come October we start seeing some Coho come into the rivers, as we are fishing for kings we will catch Coho very often in this time period especially towards the end of October with the last two weeks of October seeing more Coho then kings. October is great because you never know what to expect when swinging that spinner or twitching that jig, could hook a Coho could hook a king, you just never really know!
Once November comes we start seeing really good pushes of chrome bright Coho into our rivers. This is a really special time to get your kids involved in fishing because we see a lot of action (more than king fishing normally) & these fish aren’t giants, they average 8-15lbs but we have caught many that exceed that 20lb mark.
Season: September 15th - November 30th
Trip is 10Hrs on the water.

Hi, my name is Nick and I'm owner and operator of of a fly-fishing guide service in Forks Washington. Growing up near the small fishing and logging town of Forks, fishing has always been a big part of my life. My dad got me into it when I could barely hold a rod, fishing from his 22ft sea dory. I still remember reeling in salmon on that boat like it was yesterday. As I got older and fished more, I really started enjoying taking my buddies who have never caught a Salmon or Steelhead out and helping them catch their first one. When I graduated high school I got my Guide License right away and have been guiding for 4 years now in Washington and 3 years in Alaska.
