This lease will provide you with a comprehensive hunting experience in the beautiful state of Arkansas, known for its rich waterfowl population and diverse hunting landscape. The 6,000 Sq. Ft. clubhouse allows hunters a place to relax surrounded by Bayou De View, the Cash River Refuge as well as other prime waterfowl habitat areas. Your blinds will be set and your pits will be equipped with everything you need for a successful hunt.

Anyone born after 1968 must complete a hunter education course and carry a valid hunter education card to hunt in Arkansas.
Hunters 16 years or older are required to carry a valid Arkansas hunting license. If participating in a big game or permit hunt, an AGFC Customer ID is also required to check in harvests.
