Missouri Goose Hunts
Hunt the honker migration in NW Missouri. We scout to find the “X,” which could be either a feed field or a loafing situation. We set out big spreads and hunt from layouts or A-frame blinds to stay mobile and be where the geese want to be. Quality decoys and experienced callers ensure your best chance at putting down a limit.
Depending on weather and bird patterns, hunts are typically either morning or afternoon hunts. We recommend using BB shot or larger if shooting steel, and 4-5 shot if shooting bismuth.
Minnesota Early Season Goose Hunts
Hunt early-season honkers with us in Minnesota. We hunt agricultural fields, which may vary between corn, alfalfa, wheat, and more, depending on the year and the area. Our fields have traditionally produced frequent opportunities for banded birds over the years.
Hunts are typically from morning to midday. We recommend using BB shot or larger if shooting steel, and 4-5 shot if shooting bismuth.

We recommend wearing camouflage clothing and mud boots at minimum, we also recommend bringing waders along to be prepared for any situation. Weather conditions may vary, so be sure to pack accordingly.

Missouri Hunting Reg:

All hunters 16 and older must obtain a valid Missouri hunting license. Minors between the ages of 11 and 15 must be accompanied by a licensed adult at all times. A hunter education course is required anyone born on or after January 1, 1967.
Hunter orange is required to be worn at all times when hunting.

Generally, hunters 16 years of age and older must obtain a valid hunting license. Minimum age and guardian requirements may change depending on the type of license or the game being hunted. See the state guidelines for more information.
If you were born after December 31, 1979, you must have a firearms safety
certificate to purchase a license to hunt with a firearm. A permit to carry a weapon under the Minnesota Personal Protection Act does not
meet requirements for firearms safety. Firearms safety certificates are required for archery hunters ages 12-15.
Rates do not include food, transportation, guns, ammo, alcohol, licenses, or gratuities.
