Description
Alaskan Brown Bear Over Bait
Up to 2 Hunters Per Group | Bush Plane Transportation Included
Hunt Alaskan Brown Bear over a comfortable bait station in remote Alaska! This is a great opportunity to combine hunts with black bears as well. Clients fly into Anchorage, Alaska and where I will pick you up in the Piper Super Cub Bush plane and transport you to hunt camp and deliver you back at the end of your adventure. I offer baited hunts in several different regions of Alaska. Set-ups are comfortable and physical requirements are few. Most sites can be accessed within about a hundred yards by a motorized vehicle. There are no hills or backpacking required.
I can accommodate up to 2 hunters at a time who are hunting together. You won't be hunting with strangers and I do not have any other clients in the field at the same time. One hunt at a time, with full attention and priority. I run several bait stations all of which are serviced weekly. We hunt from ground blinds that are large and comfortable. Rifles in the .30 caliber and higher range are great. Shots are typically under 120 yards and some are much closer. Bow hunters are welcome, all of my bow hunters have been able to put arrows into brown bears thus far.
If you are looking to take multiple bears I have sites that allow for the harvest of 2 brown bears and up to 5 black bears. If hunters finish early and weather permits I will take you on a halibut fishing trip at no cost! Make the most of your Alaskan adventure!!
Price is per person per experience. Includes lodging, transportation to/from Anchorage, and fully guided hunt.

Rules & Guidelines
- no drinking or smoking are allowed in camp. Scent is highly sensitive to brown bears and we do all we can to minimize the human impact in the areas.
Bear baiting is relatively simple when it comes to gear. I do ask that you pack light and use small compression bags, large duffles are difficult to load into the super cub and take up a lot of space. as soft gun case is fine but not needed.
