7-Day Elk Combo Hunt | Rifle | Idaho Unit 66

We would like to invite you to come out west and share the wonderful outdoors with us. We are a family owned business catering to individuals, couples, and families. We offer fully guided hunting trips in beautiful southeastern Idaho near Palisades Reservoir about 30 miles from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Big game hunting is offered in Idaho Game Unit 66 (Tex Creek Zone) in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. There is a lot of opportunity in these areas for Trophy Mule deer, Elk, Moose, Black Bear, Mountain Lion, and Predators. Over-the-counter tags are available for General Elk and Deer hunts as well as Archery hunts in both units. Late season draw only hunts for Mule Deer provide an excellent opportunity for a nice buck. General Mule Deer season is excellent in both of these areas also. Archery opportunity for a nice bull Elk is great in both of these units. General season tags are usually always available for Deer and Elk. A non-resident Deer tag can be used for a Lion or Bear if the opportunity arises. There is not a lot of hunting pressure during Archery and Muzzleloader season because of the terrain and roadless status. Draw only Moose hunts also provide a great chance at a trophy bull. WHAT'S INCLUDED?

7- day guided with 5 full days of hunting

All hunts are 2 hunters / 1 guide unless you request a 1 on 1 hunt which requires an additional cost. Meals included are breakfast, sack lunch, and dinner. Lodging will be in comfortably heated wall tents. Camps will be accessed mostly by horseback. Drive to camps could be arranged also. Spike camps may be used on some hunts also.

Hunts do not include tags, license, the cost of meat processing, cost of taxidermy, alcohol, transportation to and from hunts, personal gear, etc. Please contact us to clarify any questions.
