This is a great package to take if you are thinking of bringing your wife and kids along on your African Safaris. The guys can go out hunting while their wives enjoy some of our many great excursions.

• Impala - Impalas are medium to smaller-sized animals with red-brown fur. Their fur turns lighter brown in color towards their stomach and is white on the bottom of their bellies Males have very prominent and gracious winch-shaped horns. Commonly referred to as the McDonalds of the bush with the three black stripes on the back of their thighs which makes an M-shaped patron. Only males carry horns.

• Blesbuck - Blesbucks commonly have a red-brown body color with no glow. They have a distinctive white face and forehead where there is normally a brown stripe between the eyes which helps to identify the difference between the Blesbuck the Bontebok. They commonly have darker legs. Both males and females carry horns.

• Zebra - Burchell’s Zebras’ color and stripe pattern varies a lot from the individual, but are white with black stripes and some have smaller shaded stripes in between their prominent stripes. Their stripes stretch right over their chest, unlike the Hartmann Zebra. Long black and white mane stretches from the head straight through to the shoulders.

  The Hartmann Zebra is white with black stripes and the legs have stripes all the way to their hooves and the chest side is more white. No shade stripes are located between their strips and they have a unique grid-shaped pattern above their tail. They have black noses with red-brown hair forming from their nose towards their eyes.

• Blue Wildebeest - The Blue Wildebeest consists of a lighter thing side and more muscular sturdy chest area. The head is big with quite a broad mouth. Adults are dark great with a brown tint and in certain circumstances, they have a silverish shine to them. A number of vertical dark strips is prominent from their shoulders up to their chest. They have a long black mane running along the top of their neck as well as a long black beard underneath their neck along their throat. Both male and female Blue Wildebeest have horns.

• Day trip to Elephant & Monkey Sanctuary with cable cart ride - Visitors are taken on a journey into the world of the African elephant and are guided through an unforgettable experience with these magnificent creatures. Visitors are able to touch, feed and get to know these animals. The Elephant Sanctuary is unique in that it offers visitors the incredible opportunity to walk hand-in-trunk with the elephants. Enter the world of the Africa Elephant. Understand the height at which an elephant stands and experience their environment from an elephant's perspective.

Location

Situated in the North West Province of South Africa, bordering Botswana to the north and surrounded by Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, and the Northern Cape Provinces.

Fondly known as the 'heritage province', the North West boasts several cultural villages, where visitors learn about and experience traditional culture. There are 2 World Heritage Sites in the province - the Vredefort Dome and the Taung hominid fossil site, part of the Cradle of Humankind.

The North West is malaria-free and within easy reach of Johannesburg and Pretoria, making it an accessible and rewarding Safari location. Most of the region is made up of scattered trees and grassland, providing the ideal habitat for the Big 5 to roam freely within pristine Savanah bushveld vegetation. The region enjoys all-year-round sunshine with average maximum temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius (85 F) during the day and 22 degree Celsius (70 F) at night.

• Wingshooting - Experience a quality and fun-filled wingshooting excursion led by experienced German Shorthaired Pointers and their handlers. Guinea fowl; Crested Francolin; Swainon’s Spurfowl as well as numerous species of pigeons can be expected to be hunted during a wingshooting excursion with us.

• Game Drives - LOCAL ON THE PROPERTY - We offer guests a game drive promised with plenty of wildlife sightings as well as exceptional lookout points gazing over the beautiful bushveld. Game drives include light appetizers as well as drinks.

• Horseback Safaris - Horseback trails are one amongst many other great ways to encounter the beauty and wildlife South Africa has to offer. Guests can be assured of a calm and quality ride with well-trained horses suitable for any age and rider experience level.

• Clay Pigeon Shooting - Clay shooting is a fun, action-filled activity for all where guests can friendly compete against each other in shooting clays with shotguns or just enjoy the experience. • Harties Cableway - The Hartbeespoort Cableway offers visitors panoramic views of the beautiful Mageliesbery Hartbeespoort Dam and surrounding areas, as well as excellent recreational and educational facilities.

• National Park - Kruger National Park, in northeastern South Africa, is one of Africa’s largest game reserves. Its high density of wild animals includes the Big 5: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalo. Hundreds of other mammals make their home here, as do diverse bird species such as vultures, eagles, and storks. Mountains, bush plains, and tropical forests are all part of the landscape.

• Hot Air Ballooning - Fly over the pristine wilderness of Pilanesberg National Park in a hot air balloon at sunrise on this tour from Sun City. This vantage point allows you to see things that ground tours might miss, including aerial views of Africa's "Big Five" game. Listen to commentary from your guide to learn about the park as you fly, then touch down for a glass of sparkling wine and a full English breakfast in a private lodge to end your tour.
