Situated in the heart of the central flyway, our "Kansas Lodge" is less than a mile away from Glen Elder Reservoir, one of the largest reservoir in Kansas. At 12,500 acres, Glen Elder serves as one of the most important stopping points and wintering grounds for migrating waterfowl.

Please note that there is a 50% non-refundable deposit included with your booking fee. In case of cancellation, and in accordance with the Host's cancellation policy, the remaining 50% may be returned to you or applied towards rescheduling a future trip.

REFUNDS
Refund Policy
HUNT REFUND- Any purchase made towards hunting services are nonrefundable. Please note, there is a 50% nonrefundable deposit included with your payment when booking.
DEPOSITS- A deposit cannot be refunded. In situations of sudden illness or family emergency, deposits can be credited towards the following season. If one or more in a party cancel, their deposits cannot be credited towards the remaining balance of other people in the party.
CHANGING DATES- After deposit has been received, A request to change hunting dates is at our discretion. Any request to change previous dates will result in immediate forfeiture of previous confirmed dates, and the deposit will be assigned to another available set of dates of your choosing.
