We hunt over food plots, open hardwood timber, clear-cut, and thicket edges. Our farms are Archery friendly, which makes Gun seasons accommodating to the Hunter.
Hunt options:
Fully Guided Hunts - You will be one on one with one of our experienced guides.
Semi Guided Hunts - We will drop you off and pick you up on our prestige hunting grounds with stands and blinds hunt ready or supply your own and we will assist you in placing your stand or blind.
Lodging
The Lodge is 1450 sq ft of relaxation. It has a heat pump and wood stove for the comfort you desire. Fully equipped kitchen with an open concept throughout. Oversize bathroom with full walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Private upstairs bedroom with a king bed with walkout dormers. Bunkhouse bedroom on the main floor with 2 queen and 2 full beds. This all rests in the center of 500 + acres with amazing views.

Rules & Guidelines
Most of our hunters are repeat clients who have hunted with us before and book year after year. We are here to help you and guide you on your hunt. The land you will be hunting on is private land that we have owned or managed for over 10 years now, and we know it like the back of our hand. Our goal is to place you in the most opportune spot possible, whether in a stand or a blind, so you will be satisfied with sightings and activity while you're here with us. You're only here for 3 days and the movement of the animals will change from week to week, but we keep up with that through tried and true methods so you don't have to. Just trust in your Guide.
That being said, we have a list of rules that are very important to us and that we stand by to make everyone's hunt and stay with us as enjoyable and safe as possible:
No alcohol is to be consumed in the field or same day of hunt.
Hunter must follow all of guide's directions regarding safety and hunt location.
No loaded guns at residence or in any vehicle at any time.
Hunters must only harvest the animals meeting our management plan goals.
A wounded animal is considered your animal and kill for your hunt.
We will field dress, skin, and quarter your animal for you, so bring a cooler to accommodate.
Licenses and tags are not included, but we can aid you in getting them on arrival.
Tips for your guide are not included in your hunt price, but they are welcomed and appreciated.
You pay for the hunt, not the animal, so there are no refunds.
We don't over book or over hunt our farms, we really want repeat clients year after year.
To book a hunt, we must receive a deposit equal to half of the total hunt price.
When you arrive for the hunt, we will finish the payment in total and get to know one another better.
Arrival is evening prior to your first day's hunt.
Departure is after the evening hunt of your last day.
Hunters are to follow all hunting regulations for the state of WV and will be held liable for their own actions.
Not following any of these health and safety rules will end your hunt immediately.

Non-refundable Deposit
Please note that there is a 50% non-refundable deposit included with your booking fee. In case of cancellation, and in accordance with the Host's cancellation policy, the remaining 50% may be returned to you or applied towards rescheduling a future trip.
